I forgot my password, What do I do?

Go to the login page and click 'Forgot Password'. You will receive an email at your registered email address with instructions to create a new password. You can also email us at customercare@yApparel.com and we will send you the reset link.

How is my order delivered?

yApparel uses Aramex for Cash on Delivery orders and DHL for orders paid by credit card online. All orders must be signed for upon delivery; Aramex or DHL will give you a ring prior to paying you a visit.

*Order before 12pm for next day delivery, otherwise deliveries are usually 24-28 hours. If you need a faster delivery let us know.

How do I return an item?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you have 14 days from the date of receipt to send it back to us. Send us an email and we will arrange to collect old items and re-ship new ones.

What about taxes and duties?

For customers within the UAE there are no taxes and duties to pay. For international customers, all orders are delivered duty unpaid aka customs and fees are the responsibility of the customer. For help contact customercare@yApparel.com.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

You can use Guest Checkout option, however we encourage you to create an account so you can track your orders and manage returns. 

What payment methods does yApparel accept?

yApparel accepts all credit cards, cash on delivery (UAE only), and bank transfer. 

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide, near and far. Need it to be gift wrapped? We can do that too. 

Do you offer same day delivery?

We offer next day domestic delivery. However if you live in the UAE, we may be able to get orders out to you on the same day using Fetchr. 

Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?

As long as your order has not yet been dispatched (confirmation email not yet sent), send us an email and we can amend it for you. 

Can I track my order?

Yes you can! As soon as the order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email that your items have been shipped alongside a tracking number. 

Do you have gift cards?

Unfortunately at the moment we are not able to offer gift cards or vouchers via our online store. However if you live in the UAE, you can email us and we can issue one manually with payment by cash or bank transfer.
